It comes to you from Colombia from the Quindío region, specifically Armenia, at an altitude ranging between 1200-1700 meters above sea level, where the Castellon farm is located, which covers an area of 7 hectares at an altitude of 1450 meters above sea level.
Carlos Arcila comes from a Colombian family that cultivates coffee, and with his experience and knowledge, when he bought the farm 32 years ago, he was able to prepare the soil, revive its natural springs and develop them. He also planted beautiful colorful flower shrubs such as Heliconia and Romelia, and several native trees. Now the Castellon farm surrounded by trees looks very stunning.
The crop was processed by the anaerobic honey method; where the coffee is subjected to fermentation for up to 72 hours while preserving the sticky membrane surrounding the coffee beans, then spread on raised beds, which helps to highlight the flavors of the coffee and its clarity to be before a wonderful blend of apple and lemon acidity and sugarcane sweetness.
It was roasted in a path suitable for espresso and drip beverages so that you can enjoy it in any cup you desire.
