سويل أرسيا | Arcilla 250g
From the heart of Quindío in the Colombian city of Armenia comes this distinctive harvest from the Buenos Aires farm, managed by the veteran producer Hernando, who descends from a family with deep roots in coffee cultivation and mastery spanning generations.
The beans are grown at an altitude reaching 1700 meters above sea level, in an ideal climate that gives the coffee depth and clearer flavors.
Arcila coffee is processed using the Anaerobic Honey method, where the beans undergo fermentation for 72 hours while retaining the honey mucilage to enhance body and sweetness, then carefully dried on raised beds to ensure consistent quality and flavor clarity.
This harvest has been roasted with a precise profile, making it suitable for both espresso and filter coffee preparations.
